We follow the Privacy Act 1993 when it comes to collecting, using, and looking after your personal information and we’re committed to keeping it safe.

The details you share in this Declaration Form help us assess your application for insurance under Alpha Group’s Contractors Indemnity programme.

We may also use it to set any special policy terms or help with claims down the track.

And lastly, we will share your information with the Alpha Group and Alpha Group’s insurer, TAI Insurance, so they can do their part too (and only for the reasons we’ve outlined here — unless the law requires otherwise).
